Intoduction

Good afternoon to all.
My name is Jovan and I am from Serbia.
I came a cross an interesting bike for which I need help.
The bike is in parts and I have a hard time identifying what exact model is it.
The picture is attached. if someone can assist I would gladly appreciate it.

Hi, interesting to hear from someone from Serbia here.

My guess is that this is a Radex 152 with modified seat. Info can be found here https://www.express-ig.de/tmp/galerie/n ... dex152.pdf (in German, if translation is needed, just let me know).

The seat could be from the Radex 154.

Besides the Jurisch rear suspension (HiRaFe), the engine, a Sachs SM 51 150 cc, is a deciding factor.
Other distinguishing feature are the brackets or tubes around the mudguards. In the rear, the bow is the criterion that it is not the Radex 153.

Getting parts can be difficult, but with time most can be found.

Gladly report if there are still questions. Otherwise, many are certainly interested in how the bike or the parts currently look.

My guess was that is Radex 152 as well according to the rear shocks and bows around the mud guards.
The only thing that made me think otherwise is the seat which is definitely not original it might be from some other bike at all.
Although it looks better with that seat.

The bike is in parts I only found major parts
Mud guards, Engine, Frame, Front suspension, Gas tank, Both Wheels ETC.
The issue that I have is with bolts shafts for the wheels spacers if there is any and so on.

The engine is brought to the garage of course its seized. I put the diesel inside of it through the spark plug and I am hoping for the best.
Here are some pictures.
On one of the pictures is our Yugoslovenian Title at that time, it has engine # and Chaises # as well if that can provide more clue of the bikes beginning.

The motors should not normally be the problem. They are very robust and have little to no wear. Spare parts are basically all available as well.

If there are difficulties to get the parts in Serbia or to send them there, one could consider to buy things in Germany and send them to you, if there is no other solution.

In the store here on the site there is a possibility to order the following documents, for a symbolic contribution to expenses: Spare part catalog for the enginge, manual and assembly instruction, sparepartcatalog for Radex 154 -175 s- 201 and 255.
The documents fit exactly to the engine, to the motorcycle itself unfortunately not 100%, but only for the successor model, but maybe it is still helpful.
If you need a replacement engine please send me a PM.

Thank you again Sir.

For now I will allow the engine to brake lose althought it does not seem that will happen.

Can i get that manual for the engine with parts list and assembly guide if possible on english.(i do not speak German) and can i Pay with credit card?

Once I complete the engine and fire it up I will get a manual for the bike it self.
